You earn a commission on eligible products in an order placed on anniekart.com by a customer who arrived through your affiliate link, within the tracking period shown on the program page. Shipping charges, GST/taxes, gift-card and loyalty-point redemptions are not part of the commission base unless stated otherwise. Some products or categories may be excluded.
Referrals are tracked with a first-party cookie and the visitor's session on anniekart.com. By default the last eligible affiliate link clicked before the order gets the credit. Only one affiliate is credited per order. Tracking can be lost if the customer uses a different device or browser, blocks or clears cookies, or orders after the tracking period has ended — such orders are not credited.
Commissions stay Pending until the order is delivered and the return period has ended. Approved commissions can be withdrawn once your balance reaches the minimum payout amount. Payouts are made only to the bank account or UPI ID registered in your affiliate account, in the affiliate's own name.
If an order is cancelled, returned or refunded (fully or partly), the related commission is cancelled or reduced. If a commission that was already paid is reversed, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Spam (unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp or comments), misleading claims or fake discounts, bidding on "Anniekart" brand keywords in paid search, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups/pop-unders, incentivised clicks, and posting links on websites with illegal or adult content are not allowed.
Orders placed by you, for you, or on your account do not earn commission. Fake orders, fraudulent traffic, or any attempt to manipulate tracking will lead to rejection of commissions and suspension of the account.
You may use the Anniekart name, logo and banners only as provided in your affiliate dashboard, without changing them, and must not suggest that you are Anniekart or an official store.
Anniekart may suspend or close an affiliate account for a breach of these terms. Commissions on orders that were legitimately referred before closure and pass the normal checks remain payable, unless the account was closed for fraud.
We collect your application, PAN and payout details only to run the program and make payments. Bank, UPI and PAN details are stored encrypted. You will never see customers' personal or payment information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for your own income-tax and GST obligations. Where TDS applies it will be deducted as required by law. Please consult a tax professional.
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Disputes should first be raised with our support team; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts at Anniekart's registered place of business in India.
Where TDS applies under Indian income-tax law, it will be deducted from payouts and reported against your PAN. Please consult your tax adviser about your own obligations.
