Cancellation Policy

Before your order ships

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Reach us via Contact Us or care.anniekart@gmail.com with your order number as early as possible.

After your order ships

Once an order has been dispatched, normal cancellation may no longer be available — you can request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders

• Prepaid orders: amounts actually paid are refunded through the original payment method or another lawful method. Credit time depends on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or UPI provider.
• Cash on Delivery orders: nothing has been charged, so no refund is needed.

Refusing delivery

Refusing delivery because of a change of mind or an incorrect customer-selected size/variant may result in applicable logistics charges or other permitted deductions. If you refuse delivery because the package is visibly damaged or tampered with, please document its condition and notify us.

Cancellations by Anniekart

Rarely, we may have to cancel an order — for example if a product goes out of stock, the delivery address isn't serviceable, or a pricing error occurs. If that happens, we'll inform you and refund any amount paid in full.
