Where we deliver

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. You can check delivery to your PIN code on the product page and at checkout.

Delivery time

• Delivery time depends on the product, seller, fulfilment location, destination and courier service. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout or in order tracking is the applicable estimate unless stated otherwise.
• Delays can happen due to weather, logistics issues, sales/festive volumes, address problems, failed delivery attempts, public restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control — we'll keep you updated.

Address changes & missed deliveries

• Need to change the delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible — changes may not be possible once the order is processed or dispatched.
• The courier may re-attempt a missed delivery as per its process. Repeated failed attempts, an incorrect address or customer-requested re-delivery may attract additional charges.

Delivery charges

Many products ship free. Where a product has a delivery charge, it is shown clearly on the product page and in your order summary before you pay — there are no hidden charges at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive the tracking details. You can also check the status anytime on Track Order.

Receiving your order

Please inspect the package at delivery. If it looks torn, opened, crushed, wet or re-taped, record its condition before opening and notify us promptly. For damaged, wrong, missing or tampered product claims, a clear, continuous unboxing video is required, and claims must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery — see our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.

Free or subsidised delivery does not automatically mean free return or exchange shipping.
