Delete your account

You can delete your Anniekart account (website and app) at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your name, email address, mobile number and password on the account; you are signed out on every device.
Saved addresses, cart, wishlist, recently viewed products and reminders.
Newsletter subscription and contact-form messages.
Reward points, and — if you are an affiliate — your affiliate account with its bank / UPI / PAN details.

What we keep, and why

Orders, GST invoices, credit / debit notes, payments, refunds and returns, including the delivery address and name printed on them — Indian GST and tax law require us to keep these for at least 8 years. They are no longer linked to a usable account and are not used for marketing.
Your product reviews and questions stay on the product pages, shown as "Deleted user".
A record that an account was deleted (date, no personal details).

How to delete

Can't sign in? Reset your password, or email care.anniekart@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account" — we complete it within 7 days.
